The FB3G310-2AAS-30 is a high-capacity backward centrifugal EC fan for industrial air handling, delivering 4482 m³/h airflow and 933 Pa static pressure. Powered by a 230VAC external rotor motor (BLEC137), it operates at 2600 RPM with IP54 protection and Class F insulation. Compliant with CE, RoHS, and ErP standards, it features integrated Modbus communication and is designed for continuous duty (S1) in harsh environments up to 60°C.

FAQ

Q1: Can the +10VDC output power external sensors?
A: No. It supplies max 1.1mA—only for signal pull-up (e.g., FG tach). Use external power for sensors.

Q2: How to wire the alarm contacts (Orange/Gray)?
A: Connect to a PLC input. The contacts close if the fan faults (e.g., overheating/lock). See Fig. 8.

Q3: Is Modbus protocol customizable?
A: Yes. Default is MODBUS-RTU, but protocols like BACnet can be configured—contact tech support .

Q4: Why choose this over DC fans?
A: Direct AC operation avoids DC conversion losses, and 230VAC enables longer cable runs without voltage drop.

Q5: What maintenance do ball bearings require?
A: Sealed bearings last 50,000 hours (L10) at ≤80°C. No relubrication—replace if abnormal noise occurs.
