The FK3G175-2APY-70 is a 175mm diameter, 85W EC centrifugal blower featuring an integrated external-rotor brushless DC motor and support bracket. Designed for commercial and industrial environments, it operates on 230V AC power with a wide input range (184-270V AC) at 50/60Hz. This fan delivers high airflow (up to 750 m³/h) and significant static pressure (670 Pa), making it suitable for demanding ventilation systems. Its key strength lies in precise speed control via 0-10V DC or PWM signals, allowing adaptable performance in variable air volume applications.

  1. High-Efficiency EC Motor & Robust Construction: Utilizes a direct-drive brushless EC motor (BLEC72) with ball bearings, eliminating belt losses and ensuring long service life (50,000 hours L10). The motor is housed in a die-cast aluminum end cover, and the glass-fiber reinforced polypropylene impeller is built for durability.

  2. Superior Static Pressure Capability: Engineered to handle significant system resistance, it generates up to 670 Pa static pressure. This enables effective air movement through restrictive elements like filters or extended ductwork common in HVAC setups.

  3. Optimized Acoustic Performance: Aerodynamically designed blades contribute to operational noise levels of 78.2 dB(A) at full load. Encapsulated motor windings further minimize electromagnetic noise for use in environments where lower sound levels are preferred.

  4. Wide Operating Voltage & Intelligent Control: Compatible with a broad 184-270V AC range, accommodating voltage fluctuations typical in industrial power grids. Offers flexible 0-10V DC or PWM speed control input and provides a tachometer output (FG signal) for system monitoring and feedback.

  5. Integrated Protection & Versatility: Incorporates comprehensive protection features including soft-start, under/over voltage detection, thermal overload (electronics & motor), locked-rotor protection, and reverse polarity protection. Designed for installation in any orientation (S1 continuous duty) and carries CE, RoHS, ISO9001, and ErP 2015 certifications.
